The antidiet is nothing else but a lifestyle, with clear principles on how to handle more or less all the situations of your life from a physical and nutritional point of view. We strongly believe that to feel good just a few simple things are required, we don’t believe at all in complicated diets or exhausting exercise, we believe in a method that is within everyone’s reach.
Here is an example, one of our basic principles is water, meaning drink water constantly and at least 2 litres a day and in certain particular moments. Why?
