Overcome problems transforming them into images.
The problems that afflict us seem to continually return as fixed thoughts and we are not able to get rid of them but if instead we start transforming them into images? Find out how you can ease your mind and your head with images that help overcome the problems.
How many times have we attached ourselves to thoughts, to things, and then we immediately realise that they have become problems for us?
We treat them as annoying enemies that try to do everything to stop us and treat us badly and not even think about the hypothesis that all this is created by ourselves, this come from us and for us and if only we were able to see our inner world, than we could change destiny. Unfortunately the problems, the emotional feelings are not resolved by treating them with rationality, neither looking for reasonable solutions, but rather we should try to look at our thoughts, our fears and wait for reactions, a sort of necessary passage for the solution.
It is a bit like imagining ourselves to be in a sort of fairy tale, entering it and transforming what assails us. We can then thik a particular problem that assails us. Imagine that we leave it were it is and begin to walk away. Step by step, trying to recreate a path. Walking one step at a time… we can imagine the marvelous landscapes that we will look at with wonder as if we were in a fairy tale. Attention should be brought to our feet that move lightly. At this point it no longer exists, we left it behind our shoulders, whilst walking. Now it is time to find shelter such as a cave or a big tree where we can refuge and hide, at this point we have a feeling of tranquillity and profound serenity.
This exercise can help us move the method with which we deal with thoughts, instead of converting them into problems we turn them into fairy tales, and thus change the whole dynamic, because we do not need thoughts but clear images. Finding shelter then in a refuge is were we give space to our deepest inside that needs its space: for a few moments there is no need to be what you think, what you believe others think about you, your public image for a few moments you are only, a deep and wise soul.
How to react to a problem
Of course each one of us reacts in his own way but certainly changing our thoughts into images helps us not to create new problems. But what must we do when it has already become a problem?
Rather than allarming ourselves or panicing, giving up or getting depressed, the best solution is to stop for a moment. Let us pause and observe well our behavior. It is our reaction that counts, the way in which we approach things and how we react immediately after an event. If we pause a moment then we can also block our automatic response and find a just and reasonable solution rather than always repeat the same things and the same reactions which are sometimes too exaggerated.
And if its not enough?
Immerse yourself in nature, with walks in the woods, going fishing, running, cycling and so forth; nature is full of positive energy and wisdom that can make us think and reason a little bit more.
