How to prepare 3 excellent herbal teas to beat fatigue and asthenia!

Whether it is temporary fatigue or chronic fatigue there are some ingredients capable of uplifting us, and combining them together making a herbal tea, can give us a moment of energy but also of pampering!!

Herbal teas can infact give us better health thanks to some natural ingredients, well combined together but also and above all a moment of relaxation and a time dedicated simply to ourselves.

These herbal teas are excellent both in summer and winter and help to overcome both the mental and physical tiredness even if the fatigue is felt mainly in connection with the change of the seasons and more specifically in spring and autumn.

Herbal tea with orange

The orange has a high content of vitamin C, known to fight tiredness, both physical and mental.


1 tablespoon honey

Simply pour into a cup the juice of a squeezed orange, a tablespoon of honey and boiling water then mix thoroughly.  The advice is to drink a hot cup of this tea whenever you feel the fatigue.

Herbal tea with Nettle
Nettle is particularly useful against mental fatigue and against fatigue caused by a slow digestion, it is ideal even after a particularly abundant lunch. The Nettle’s leaves are rich in vitamins, caffeic acids and mineral salts, in slow release, nettle also acts as a “scavenger” of the natural metabolic residues in the organism. The nettle is also the right plant for the treatment of arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis since it is rich in anti-inflammatory active principles, combined with the concentration of boron, calcium and magnesium, it alleviates pain by helping to strengthen the bones, hence beides tiredness consuming herbal tea with nettle also helps in the elimination of uric acid from the joints which is responsible for the pain caused.

Boil a tablespoon of chopped leaves in 25 cl of water for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to macerate for another 10 minutes. Attention the nettle can cause allergies and therefore may not be suitable for everyone.

Cinnamon is an extraordinary stimulator, very suitable for frequent use in the case of slight weariness.

Put two cinnamon sticks in 15 cl of water. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil. At this point, turn off the heat and leave to macerate for 15 minutes.
