A recent study in Brazil that has involved a group of about 600 people from 60 years of ageup  has demonstrated the benefits of guarana.

Individuals subjected to tests were divided into two groups: the first was composed of people who have always consumed guarana regularly, the second instead of who has never made use of it. The results have confirmed the benefits of guarana and showed that the regular consumption of guarana was associated with a lower prevalence of hypertension, obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Use the powder obtained from the roasted seeds that you find in natural food shops.  Dissolve just half a teaspoon (1.5 grams) in a litre of water, leaving it in cold infusion for half an hour before drinking

To increase the effect even more enrich it with a mineral rich in magnesium. By reading the labels choose one that has a content of more than 50 mg of magnesium per litre.  Magnesium participates in hundreds of metabolic reactions and helps your body to burn more fat and furthermore, also acting at intestinal level, it helps remove the waste.

The guarana water for slimming should be drunk in the first part of the day.  Therefore prepare a litre of the beverage and drink the first glass starting at 8 in the morning will be even more effective because it stimulates the thyroid gland which regulates all metabolism, and that awakens in the early hours of the morning.

Drink the rest during the morning before 12. Guarana contains a substance, guaranina, which explains its stimulating power, but which is similar to caffeine and is therefore good not to take it too close to the evening.  It is also recommended to drink another litre of water during the day.
