How to obtain a flat stomach.
Tips and tricks to finally have a flat stomach, nightmare and torment of every woman!!!
A tonic and deflated abdomen is a bit the dream of all of us but it is not always easy,very often even while losing weight we are not able to obtain a flat stomach.
In the meantime when talking about flat stomach one refers to the abdominal swelling, which can have various causes including:
- The habit to eat in a hurry (This in fact causes fermentations and gas)
- Dysbiosis, i.e. the alteration of the microbial intestinal flora is due to an incorrect matching of foods, and also an abuse of drugs and stress
- Hormones, which both in the premenstrual phase and in menopause contribute to swelling
The abdominal swelling may be in the lower part of the belly and of intestinal type, or else more “central”, and in this case involves the stomach. It is also not a problem which afflicts only chubbier people but also those who are underweight could suffer from this.
In each case there are little tricks on how to obtain a flat stomach starting from our habits, but also aids coming directly from nature such as herbal teas and herbs:
–Consume regularly probiotics (you can have a fortnightly cycle every month).
Probiotics in fact regularize the digestion and taken every morning before breakfast purify and regenerate the intestinal flora, with effective firming, soothing and rebalancing.
–Use Fennel
Fennel fights fermentations and if you arrive at the end of the day with a spread swelling feeling than you can get yourself a nice tea of fennel seeds. This plant, in fact favors the disposal of air and also guarantees a correct evacuation in morning, with a good drainage of the intestinal bacterial flora.
–USE laurel and anise
Laurel and anise deplete the girth thanks to their content of essential oils which promote the reabsorption of intestinal putrefaction. Therefore they are particularly effective if taken in herbal tea at the end of a meal, to improve digestive processes and remodel the waist.
–Practice regular physical exercise
The sports activity is crucial to keep in shape, it is necessary to practice at least 30 minutes per day each day also walking is fine as long as it is regular this helps both the physical part but also the mental part labored for example from stress.
However attention must be paid when our stomach is bloated, this can also be an alarm bell for the presence of intestinal problems such as irritable colon syndrome or dysbiosis (i.e. alteration of the bacterial flora), or food intolerances and malabsorption of nutrients, in this case it would be advisable to consult specialists who can draw up an adequate diet, very often in fact we intake foods that make us sick or the combinations we put together could be a bad one and therefore creates this discomfort.

What are the foods to avoid or reduce in case of abdominal swelling.
In general, you should reduce or avoid the consumption of pasta, bread, breadsticks, crackers, but even biscuits and extruded food, as well as any type of flour and bakery product, various refined biscuits and sweets.
No also to legumes: beans, lentils, soya beans, chick-peas and broad beans.
Amongst the vegetables we must avoid broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, Brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, sauerkraut, beetroots, pumpkin, Jerusalem artichokes, artichokes, asparagus, beans, jackdaws, peas, fennel, leeks, onions, shallots, garlic and mushrooms.
Amongst the fruit, avoid apple, pear, peach, loquats, apricots, plums, prunes, blackberries, cherries, watermelon, avocados, mangoes, papayas, lychees, Dates, figs and persimmon. No also to dried fruit and fruit in syrup (prunes & company) and to dry such as walnuts, pistachio etc.
Avoid taking milk and fresh cheeses (like ricotta cheese, mozzarella etc.), but also ice cream and yoghurt, obviously no to sweetened juices, barley coffee, beer, sweet wines and spirits.
