ALMOND MILK RECIPE WITHOUT THE ADDITION OF SUGARS:
Take 100 grams of almonds and peel them after slightly roasting. Then blend them (or, even better crush them in the mortar); add a bit of mineral water a little bit at a time, just enough to obtain a liquid more or less fluid, according to your preferences. Then filter everything with a tea towel and keep in the refrigerator; ready for use.
