  • PURIFYING TEA

for 1 person ideal also for celiacs & easy to prepare,

Ingredients:

-1 spoon walnut leaves

-1 a pinch of freshly ground black pepper

-150 ml water, if you require sweetening we reccomend to use Stevia, although in our opinion teas have a better effect unsweetened.

Bring the water to boil and pour into a tea pot or cup with the other ingredients inside with exception to the pepper.  after 10 minutes we can filter the tea & add the pepper.  Reccomended dose is up to 2 cups a day, this tea is digestive, purifying, & helps keep glicemic levels under control thanks to the walnut leaves with only 4 calories.

  • DIURETIC TEA

for 1 person, ideal also for celiacs, 4 calories.

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon goldenrod flowers

-150 ml water

Bring the water to a boil and pour over the flowers into a cup or pot, let to set for approx 10 minutes, stir well & drink.  Daily reccomended dosage up to 2 cups per day between meals, this tea is anti-inflammatory & diuretic.

  • ANTI-OXIDANTT TEA

for 1 person ideal for celiacs, only 4 calories per cup.

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon nettle leaves

-1 teaspoon grated orange peel preferably bio

-150 ml water

Bring the water to a boil and pour into the teapot where you would have put the ingredients.  Filter after 10 minutes, stir & drink.  Even this tea should be drunk between meals & up to 2 cups per day.  Nettle is an anti-oxidant, and helps lower the glucose concentration in our blood.

  • PURIFYING TEA

Enough for 1 person, ideal for celiacs & only 4 calories per cup.

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon artichoke leaves

-1 teaspoon grated ginger root

-150 ml water

Bring the water to a boil & pour over the herbs in the teapot, let set for 5 minutes, filter, stir & drink. Up to 3 cups a day between meals, thanks to the artichoke leaves this tea stimulates our diuresis & & purifies our organs, it also helps lower the glycemic level in our blood.

  • ANTI-DIABETES TEA

1 person dose, ideal for celiacs, 4 calories per cup

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon sage leaves

-1 teaspoon grated lemon peel preferably bio

-150 ml water

Boil the water and pour into the pot with the ingredients, filter after 5 minutes, stir & drink.  This tea should be consumed before meals & up to 2 cups a day.  It is Digestive, diuretic, hypoglycemic, rich in vitamin C & anti-oxidants.

  • DIGESTIVE TEA

For 1 person, ideal for celiacs, only 4 calories

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon Juniper berries

-1 teaspoon grated orange rind preferably bio

-150 ml water

Bring the water to a boil and pour into teapot with ingredients.  After 10 minutes filter, stir & drink.  To be consumed approx 10 minutes before meals.  This herbal tea stimulates metabolism & helps digestion, it is also useful to help cure respiratory tract infections.

  • TONIFYING TEA

1 person dosage, suitable for celiacs, contains only 4 calories.

Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon Dog-rose (rosa canina)

-1 teaspoon grated ginger root

-150 ml water

Bring the water to a boil and pour into the teapot with the ingredients, let set for 5 minutes, than stir & drink.  You may drink up to 3 cups a day between meals.  The herbs used in this tea reduce inflammations & stimulate metabolic activity helping us burn more calories & fat.
