It protects the cardiovascular system, since it is an excellent vasodilator, able to fight the effects of cholesterol. Also having many unsaturated fatty acids, that help strengthen the blood vessels and maintain elastic the capillaries, it also improves blood oxygenation. The chili pepper also brings benefits to the hair because the better blood circulation would be reflected in a positive manner also on the hair follicles.
